Spray one pump as close as 0.5 cm or less to the underside of head of sensitive area. Then pull the skin nearby back and forth 5 to 8 times to spread the solution evenly for full absorption, try not to use fingers, since using the fingers to rub the spray into the sensitive area can actually take away some of the solution by the fingers absorbing it.
