Service Range
XIANGJIU guarantees that under normal use, the products you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period of this product starts from the day you receive the goods. If you cannot provide valid evidence such as purchase bill, the warranty date will be extended 90 days from the date of manufacture shown on the machine or otherwise issued by XIANGJIU.
What is covered
- During the warranty period, if your machine is found to be defective due to defects in material, workmanship or function, we will repair your machine free of charge;
- The product has been used normally within the specified product warranty period since the day you purchased the product, and there is a non-artificial performance failure of the product;
- No unauthorized disassembly, no modification or installation guided by unofficial manuals, or other non-human-caused failures; Provide valid proof of purchase, receipt and order number.
What is not covered
- Product use failure caused by man-made non-product quality problems;
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, opening of the shell, etc. as directed by the unofficial manual;
- Damage caused by improper installation, use and operation not in accordance with the instructions of the manual;
- In the absence of official instructions and guidance, the customer repairs the damage caused by the installed components;
- Products or parts with modified or removed identification labels;
- The product label; or serial number on the product being altered or made illegible. Accidental damage,faults caused by abuse, neglect, careless operation, or any handling operation which are not in conformance with the XIANGJIU user manual.
- Damages including, but not limited to damages caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster, or transportation

Other Important Items
- XIANGJIU may not provide after-sales service in some regions, and the content of the after-sales service policy may also vary from place to place. For details, please email info@XIANGJIU.com.cn to obtain the local after-sales policy.
- If the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong, or the recipient refuses to receive it, the resulting loss shall be borne by the customer.
- If you wish to send back products across countries/regions, you need to obtain the consent of XIANGJIU, and the resulting customs duties and customs clearance fees must be borne by you.
- In order to ensure your normal rights and interests, when you sign for the goods, please check whether the products are in good condition (whether there is any damage caused by logistics and other reasons). If there is any abnormality in the product, please report it to us within 7 days from the date of receipt; otherwise, it will be deemed that the product is not damaged and has normal performance. According to the claims management process of the logistics party, if the items are damaged due to logistics transportation, you need to contact the technical support of 3SBio for reporting within 24 hours.

Notice
1.If the warranty service involves replacement of products or parts, the replaced product or part will become the property of XIANGJIU, and the replaced product or part will become your property.
2.Replaced products or parts may not be brand new, but they are equal to the performance on the product.A replacement product or part will bind a new S/N.
How to Repair
- Parts Replace service is provided by XIANGJIU through our distributor and E-Commerce platform in the global market.
- Online Service Apply is also available by XIANGJIU. Please submit your service request online at Support/Service Center with your latest contact information.
- For any repair and parts replacement service, please follow our warranty policy including the purchase proof.
How to Return and Refund
- For the E-Commerce platform, please apply for a return and refund from your purchase platform and may vary on different platforms, countries, and areas. Please contact your seller for more details.
- For local distributors, please first contact our local sellers. Return and refund may vary in different countries and areas.
- For any return, the product shall be carefully wrapped with no damage, All the items in the return package as a machine, accessory, tools shall be completely included.The cost shall be bear by the client for any missing parts in the return package.
- Any refund or return shipping cost incurred by the wrong purchase or dissatisfaction shall be bear by the client.
5.Once we receive your return without any quality issues or damage, we will process the refund in 3 to 7 business days to your account.
XIANGJIU requires the return of any defect units before replacement. After receiving the returned unit, the new will be arranged.
