Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to investigate. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors will require a re-shipping fee.

Delays

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery date. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for compensation.
